Wardrobe malfunctions, celebrities, and paparazzi. The three subjects are so intertwined that it'd be hard to see life any other way. Mischa Barton (ex OC Star) recently had a Wardrobe Malfunction while visiting London for Fashion week. I can only wonder if she knew what was going on.

At the event, Mischa was wearing a beautiful red and white type of dress. (I'm know fashion genius.) Apparently this isn't the first time either. According to Ninja Dude, this is the second time in one week that Mischa has had her little slip-up.
